Meet Our Team

Drew Swain - Owner

Drew is a licensed and insured Commercial and Residential Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker, backed by a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from FSU and three generations of commercial and residential development experience. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of what it takes to build a quality home means you can rest assured your new home is built to last.

Kacee Swain - Interior Designer

Kacee holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and after the birth of their son, she left teaching to become our full-time Interior Designer. Her keen eye for aesthetics and functionality is behind the well thought out and beautifully finished interiors you’ll find in all of our new and remodeled homes.

Tyler Swain - Superintendent

Tyler graduated from FSU, born and raised in Polk County, 3rd generation Real Estate and construction. He’s our man on the ground, overseeing all our construction projects, and he’s a licensed Real Estate agent, selling what we build. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Tyler takes pride in being a part of the building up and revitalization of homes and areas of Polk County.

Don Williams - Project Manager

Don is an integral part of our construction team. He brings nearly 35 years of experience with him in all aspects of construction. He has worked for numerous builders in the Central Florida area. From spec homes and office build-outs, to 10,000 sq ft custom homes he has done it all.

Nick Simchick - Field Superintendent

Nick also brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the construction team. He has worked in construction for 20 years. His expertise is in the details. From tile work to drywall, flooring, and electrical, Nick is the man in the field ensuring that your home is done according to our high standards.
